The project scope included the entire reception area and offices of the dental clinic. Everything was created ad hoc and tailored to make the most of the space. The reception area is the core of the project, it takes shape and incorporates a pillar within it and is also framed by the lowered false ceiling. The desk, designed entirely to measure, features a marble-effect gres cover that accommodates and, in part, conceals the actual gray lacquered table and appears almost suspended from the ground. The pillar, on the other hand, is cleverly concealed by a mirrored cladding that, together with the lighting design, further amplifies the room’s perceived dimensions. A wall unit, also clad in marble-effect gres, acts as a backdrop to the reception area and provides useful storage space. The brightness of the pale marble and the white of the false ceilings and walls is a great match for the gray gres floor.
